Should I add MFA to the premium VPN to avoid unwanted login attempts?

Asked 2 years ago

Hi, I own a business that currently has about 20 remote-working employees. We have our own developed system that they work from online, and a lot of their work requires research and accessing sensitive data that would be catastrophic if any of it leaked. I already have them all on a premium VPN. Still, we've noticed that there have been several failed login attempts from unknown devices, and I'm wondering whether I should be adding multi-factor authentication to secure their accounts and business data further. Thoughts?

MFA is the best way to add a security layer to the VPN account. The multi-factor authentication is actually an additional login part that the user sets up for better and more secure account control. This high-degree login attempt ensures that the accessing personnel has a credible identity. Therefore, MFA will make it a challenging target for breaches.
