Son downloaded ransomware on macOS. How to get rid of?

Hi everyone, last night my son managed to find his way onto my computer and download ransomware while I had my VPN turned off. The ransomware in question is Cryptolocker. Anyone have any ideas as to how I can go about getting rid of it? Cheers.
