What are the most common types of cyber attacks for small businesses?

Hi everyone, I'm in the process of putting together an internet security policy to send out to all my employees. Part of this document will include a section on internet safety and how to avoid cyber attacks. Does anyone have a list of the most common types of cyber attacks and tips on how to prevent them?
