Can I improve my remote office's IT support by investing in a VPN?

Asked 2 years ago

Hi, I'm hoping to get my IT team a secure way to support the rest of the co-workers in a hybrid working position. The main dilemma is that their connection isn't encrypted, and if the IT guys hop onto someone's computer to troubleshoot from another location, it leaves their computers wide open. I'm unsure whether a premium VPN would be the answer.

Letting your business team run the tasks without any encryption is pretty risky. Remote employees can jump from one device to another. Plus, their server network may vary as well. For that reason, they are continuously exposed to data-catching malware and hacking personnel. AES-256 military-grade encryption is the ideal solution for you. The well-known Nordlayer is the one VPN providing such supreme encryption. Additionally, it'll restrict any advert-integrated malware that ensures security even more.
